We apologize for the inconvenience of us being unable to answer the phone.  We are either busy with a client, working on your baby, or trying to return voicemails.  We understand how frustrating it can be. it is extremely frustrating to us as well. We would much prefer to be able to speak with you and not be playing phone tag.  This is a SMALL business. Please know we are doing our absolute best. Communication is a very high priority but SAFETY and QUALITY will always be top priority.
